It is headquartered at 1801 North Congress Avenue in Austin. [1] THECB determines which Texas public four-year universities are permitted to start or continue degree programs.
The current Texas State Librarian is Gloria Meraz, appointed by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission on August 27, 2021.
