Laxmikanta Mohapatra (9 December 1888 – 24 February 1953) was an Indian Odia poet, writer, performance artist and freedom fighter. More than ten of his books have been published.

Dhadakebaaz (transl. Powerful) is a 1990 Indian Marathi-language action comedy film directed and produced by Mahesh Kothare under Jenma Films International. The screenplay was written by Vasant Sathe and Kothare, while Kothare also provided the story and Purushottam Berde wrote the dialogues.

Laxmikant–Pyarelal were an Indian composer duo, consisting of Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar (1937–1998) and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma (born 1940). [1] In their career span stretching from 1963 to 1998, they composed music for about 750 movies, working with prominent film-makers.
Laxmikant also known as Pappu Nishad is an Indian politician from the Samajwadi Party. He was the Minister of State for Fertilizers and Logistics with independent charge in Akhilesh Yadav 's Uttar Pradesh Government and a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 2012 to 2017.
