When my tenants move in, they prefer to have good clean functional window blinds, so if a vacating tenant has taped their window blinds together, or has broken or missing slats, I purchase new blinds. If the vacating tenant broke the window blinds, the departing tenant will pay for replacements out of their deposit.

I even wrote the company a few weeks back and you have to go thru the 7 tortures of Hell just to get some information from the company, too. They have a lifetime warranty which means a lifetime of hell getting them out of the window and dragging them back to Home Depot for an exchange (stand there while they cut you a new one, also).

Posts: 2,742. the problem with using HAY to make blinds is, MOLD moves in rather fats after a few months of sitting, there, a, replace every yr deal, not a set up and have for yrs deal! and again, pending on weather, depends on how fast mold gets into things. if you farm, you should already know about mold on hay bales!

I've searched the internet and it seems this blind is last year's or older model from EO. Still it's 75" tall and 77" square, much bigger than any blind I've ever hunted from and I think the price is very ...

Join Date: Feb 2009. Posts: 1,926. I was thinking about using a pop up blind during cold weather. But I was going to take it from a warm area and carry it into and out of the woods on the same day. Use it to continue to hunt for awhile and get out of the cold winds. Location: Fulton county IL USA. Posts: 4,271. RE: Heating a Ground Blind. We've had numerous deer in front of our blinds while using a Mr. Heater. They are great! We had to use this propane heater just a few weeks ago in the Matrix during the Youth Turkey season when temps plunged to single digital windchills!

They are labeled as follows. SunGUARD 3/8 in. Fiberglass Rod Post. Whitetail Deer Hunting - Replacement ground blind poles.

Join Date: Jan 2008. Location: Posts: 2,186. The group with whom I hunt has about 40 box blinds. About half are elevated 6-8 feet and the remainder are on the ground. All have a tin roof .... and have had for decades. Not an issue. Have big, mature bucks and old does walk within 15 feet or less in a driving rain. They never seemed to even notice.

It usually doesn't work that way. You can get steel 4x4 elevators from the Sportsman's Guide website for $90 for four of them. Just go to their website and search steel elevator and you will find them. We used them on all of our elevated blinds. Not sure why you are elevating a pop up blind though.

The Redneck and Banks Outdoors blinds are very interesting, though double the price of what I built. My goal is to have a cozy, northern Wisconsin stand that I can hunt in with one of my children. I gun, bow, and crossbow hunt, so am looking for something that would suit each style. Admittedly, stalk and hunt and climber stands are more pure ...
