Greatest Hits and Rare Classics is a compilation album by American rock band Rare Earth released February 26, 1991, by Motown Records. Three of these songs were top ten hits with a total of eight charting on the Billboard Hot 100 when originally released.

In 2005 Rare Earth was voted into the Michigan Rock and Roll Legends Hall of Fame. [14] The album A Brand New World was released on CD in 2008 on Rare Earth Music. In March 2017 long time guitarist Ray Monette announced his retirement from the band due to recurring back troubles. His replacement was Jerry "Lew" Patterson. [15]

The single "I Just Want to Celebrate" became a Top 10 Gold certified hit, and the album became the third and final gold album for the group. On June 9, 2015, the album was released on the CD format for the first time, as a remastered, limited collector's edition digipak with the original gatefold cover.

Rare Earth in Concert is a live album by rock band Rare Earth, which was released as a double-LP in 1971. It contains a 23:33 version of their signature hit "Get Ready", as well as a new studio song: "Nice To Be With You". It was issued a RIAA gold record award.
