Heywood is a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It was formed in 2003 from a part of the parish of Diss . [ 1 ] It covers an area of 9.56 km 2 (3.69 sq mi) [ 2 ] and had a population of 175 in 63 households at the 2001 census , [ 3 ] the population increasing to 222 in 79 households at the 2011 Census. [ 4 ]

The building housed a post office and Federal courts until they moved to the Walter E. Hoffman United States Courthouse about 1935. Title to the building was transferred from the U.S. government to the city of Norfolk in 1937, when it was converted into a city hall.
