East LaPorte Street Footbridge is a historic footbridge located at Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana. It was built in 1898 by the Rochester Bridge Company and spans the Yellow River. It is a two-span, Kingpost truss bridge measuring 100 feet long and 6 feet wide. The bridge connects a residential area of Plymouth to River Park Square and downtown.
After crossing the Tippecanoe River, the road shifts slightly southward. As SR 14 approaches Rochester, the route intersects with SR 17. Just before entering Rochester, SR 14 crosses over US 31 without a direct interchange. Also, the road becomes 18th Street. After turning north along SR 25 (Main Street), both routes enter the downtown area.

In 2014 the segment of US 31 freeway from US 30 near Plymouth to US 20 (St. Joseph Valley Parkway) in South Bend opened, and the segment of what had been US 31 in St. Joseph County outside of South Bend became SR 931.
