The 25th World Scout Jamboree was the 25th edition of the World Scout Jamboree, the biggest event on scout movement, that happens every four years in a different country, [1] held from 1–12 August 2023 at Saemangeum, North Jeolla, South Korea. It was hosted by Korea Scout Association with the theme, "Draw Your Dream". [2]
The 22nd World Scout Jamboree was at Rinkaby, Sweden from 27 July to 8 August 2011; the 23rd World Scout Jamboree was at Kirara-hama, Yamaguchi City, Japan from 28 July to 8 August 2015; [6] the 24th World Scout Jamboree was at The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in West Virginia, United States, from 22 July to 2 August 2019. The 23rd World Scout Jamboree hosted its first Scout World Cup which was held in a knockout tournament format. The final was played between Scouts from Brazil and the Merseyside & the Isle of Man Unit from the United Kingdom. The Merseyside unit won 4–1. The first victory since 1966.

Scouts are hosted in various Michigan Communities and then come together to camp. The next Michigan International Camporee community hosting will be held from Monday July 17 to Sunday July 23. Scouts will then spend from Saturday July 23-Sunday July 31 at Trout Lake Subcamp of D-Bar-A Scout Ranch, 880 East Sutton Road, Metamora, Michigan.

The first Basic Scout Unit Leaders training was conducted in 1997 by a group of International Scout Leader Trainers. [4] [5] Scouts from Bhutan participated in the 1998 World Jamboree in Chile, [5] in the 20th World Scout Jamboree in Thailand and in the 21st World Scout Jamboree in the United Kingdom.
