San Jacinto College (Spanish: Colegio San Jacinto) is a public community college in the Greater Houston area, with its campuses in Pasadena and Houston, Texas. Established in 1961, San Jacinto College originally consisted of the independent school districts (ISD) of Channelview , Deer Park , Galena Park , La Porte , and Pasadena .

Clear Horizons Early College High School was founded in 2007. The school is located on the South Campus of the San Jacinto Community College District. The grounds of the Central College campus were originally built in 1914 to house the South End Junior High School. in 1926, the facility became a high school when the San Jacinto High School opened. Roy Hofheinz attended the high school. [2]
