Oulu (Swedish: Uleåborg) is one of the 13 electoral districts of the Parliament of Finland, the national legislature of Finland.The district was established as Oulu Province South (Finnish: Oulun läänin eteläinen vaalipiiri; Swedish: Uleåborgs läns södra valkrets) [4] in 1907 when the Diet of Finland was replaced by the Parliament of Finland.

Intiö is a district of the city centre area of Oulu, Finland.It is located on the southern bank of the Oulu River in between Myllytulli and Värttö districts. [2]Most of the area in Intiö is taken by the old military barracks area, which is nowadays used by Luovi Vocational College, and the Oulu Cemetery.
It was founded in 1882 and merged into the city of Oulu on 1 January 2013, along with Haukipudas, Kiiminki and Yli-Ii. The municipality had a population of 9,746 (31 December 2012) [ 2 ] and covered an area of 211.22 square kilometres (81.55 sq mi), of which 127.86 km 2 (49.37 sq mi) is water. [ 1 ]
