Eduardo "Lalo" Salamanca (/ ˈ l ɑː l oʊ ˌ s æ l ə ˈ m ɑː ŋ k ə / LAH-loh SAL-ə-MAHNK-ə, Spanish: [eˈðwaɾðo ˈlalo salaˈmaŋka]) is a fictional character and one of the main antagonists in the AMC television series Better Call Saul, a spinoff of Breaking Bad.
Hector Salamanca (played by Mark Margolis) is the elderly don of the Salamanca drug organization and an associate of cartel boss Don Eladio. He is the uncle of twins Leonel and Marco Salamanca (the Cousins), Tuco Salamanca, and Lalo Salamanca, and raised Tuco as a son. He taught his nephews that family is everything and lives by the creed himself.
Jimmy posts Lalo Salamanca's bail and Lalo is released. As Mike and Jimmy agreed, Jimmy tells Lalo his car broke down and he walked alone cross-country so he would not risk losing the money. Lalo tells Jimmy he plans to avoid prosecution by returning to Mexico. Kim tends to Jimmy's sunburn and bruises and he tells her the same story he told Lalo.
After killing Howard, Lalo Salamanca provides Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler with an address and a loose description of Gus Fring and instructs Jimmy to drive there and shoot him.
