Hello, I moved to Beaver county about 7 months ago. I previously lived in Allegheny county and I am a member of Pitcairn Monroeville sportsman's association. I am looking for a range a bit closer to my house. I would like a range that has a rifle and pistol Bay, preferably allows non hunting rifles, and has a shotgun Bay.
Hi all fellow Pafoa members, have any one heard about that closed gun range "BULLSEYE INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE"? in Campbells Run Road, in Robinson Twp.,PA.....by Rt.-60 Frwy.,near the new Robinson Mall, and "The Pointe" shopping center? That "Bullseye indoor shooting range is already closed.
Re: Bullseye vs W231 vs Titegroup. I found 231 to be too temperature sensitive for my taste. Loads tested in cold/cool weather were HOT when I shot then in warm weather. I've had good results with universal and reddot in 9mm. June 1st, 2008, 11:17 AM #10. shooter357.
So I love my mosin nagant, but I can't hit the broad side of a barn with it. It is a 91/30 (bayonet removed). I am still fairly new to shooting rifles, but enjoy spending time at the range with it. Anyhow I head off to the range and decide to try some speed shooting with my S&W Mod. 10-8. Up to now that revolver had always gone bang when I pulled the trigger, except for a couple primers that got seated ...
I'm interested in trying Bullseye pistol competition. Does anyone shot at Gem City Gun Club. I'd like to join
Re: In need of 32 acp 71gr Berry's + Bullseye reload recipe. I recently bought the dies and the same bullets. My load manuals show for 71 grain bullets an OAL of .940-.984. The tiny load sizes are my concern- being off by .1 grains is a 5% change in load at 2.0 grains.
Most of the guys I have shot trap with in my fairly limitted experience have been hitting in the 21-24 out of 25 clays (21-24 / round). If you hit 23 or 24 consistantly, then go for it. You have as good a chance as anyone, and will improve further with that experience. February 17th, 2010, 12:03 PM #4. Hawk.
