Christ the King Catholic Voluntary Academy (formerly Christ The King School) is a mixed Roman Catholic secondary school and sixth form located in Arnold, a town in the English ceremonial county of Nottinghamshire. [1] It is one of three Catholic secondary schools in the Greater Nottingham area, along with The Becket School and Trinity School.
The school was built in two phases, in the late 1970s and early 80s. A purpose built science block was added in 2004. Playing fields look out onto open land beyond the northern edge of the town. The buildings have been well maintained; recently, the school was awarded funds by the EFA to upgrade heating, roofing, and security.
