The seminary is a square-like structure which encloses an inner garden at the center part. It houses 48 individual bedroom, study rooms, chapel and archives, among others. The friars’ residence is equipped with four bedrooms, a living room, library and conference room. Both buildings hold receiving rooms at the ground floor.
