The Men's 100m athletics events for the 2020 Summer Paralympics took place at the Tokyo National Stadium from 27 August to 4 September 2021. A total of 16 events were contested over this distance. T11 and T12 events were hosted over three rounds, to accommodate sighted guides, while the T51 event was held as a straight final.
