Rabi Narayan Naik is an Indian politician and Minister of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water in Government of Odisha.He is a member of the Member of Odisha Legislative Assembly from Kuchinda assembly constituency of Sambalpur district.
In May 2011 Maharathy became Agriculture and Fisheries Minister in the Government of Odisha and served until 2012. [ citation needed ] He also served as Minister between 2014 and 2017. In 2017 he was named Minister of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water.
