LucidChart is a very nice diagramming and flowchart tool which is now better integrated with Microsoft Office. Office has diagram tools via Insert | Shapes but they aren’t very elegant. Shapes can be linked if you select the 3 “Connector” type lines/arrows. Lucidchart is a lot smarter.

Hello. I was taking notes on a pdf file using the tablet mode of a 2-in-1 pc, with half the screen watching Zoom class and the other half for the pdf. I had no problems with this for the past week since the tool box for pens and eraser still showed up even when MS Edge screen showing the pdf was half the size of the full screen.
In reply to Erika Jones's post on November 29, 2023. You can press the ESC key to exit the drawing "mode" and return to editing the text content of the document. Or click the big arrow on the far left of the Draw tab. You can then choose if you want to create more drawings or just edit the document text. .
Report abuse. Following up on Stefan's repsonse, this means that first, from the Insert tab you need to insert a line or shape. Once you've inserted something, select it and the contextual tab DRAWING TOOLS - FORMAT will appear. Drawing Tools Tab. The new Microsoft Edge drawing tool is not working properly. Only one color is working without the ability to change colors or the thickness of the drawing tool. I have been using this tool a lot since teaching remotely.
