I am trying to download Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 so I can sync my HTC phone to Outlook 2007 on my PC (running Vista 32 bit). When I follow the links from windowsmobile.com (or any other source) it seems to connect only to the WMDC driver update, and not the full WMDC program.
