Over the Garden Wall is an American animated television miniseries created by Patrick McHale for Cartoon Network.The series centers on two half-brothers who travel through a mysterious forest to find their way home, encountering a variety of strange and fantastical things on their journey.
The opening theme is "Vortex" by 白鲨JAWS, while the ending theme is "The Tides" by Fàn Kǎ (饭卡) & 白鲨JAWS. The song "Vortex" contains reversed lyrics; this was because of writer/director Li Haoling's request to incorporate the theme of reversing time into the song.
