Robert Watson Ferguson (born February 23, 1965) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the 24th governor of Washington since 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the 18th attorney general of Washington from 2013 to 2025, as a member of the King County Council from 2004 to 2013, and as the council's chair from 2009 to 2013.
The Democratic nominee, state Attorney General Bob Ferguson, defeated the Republican nominee, former Congressman Dave Reichert, who conceded defeat on November 19.
