Forest City Realty Trust, Inc., formerly Forest City Enterprises, was a real estate investment trust that invested in office buildings, shopping centers and apartments in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and the greater metropolitan areas of New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
Woodbury is situated on Farm to Market Road 309. The town was first settled by Anglo-American settlers c. 1850, and was established in 1858 offered property in the town for sale. More settlers arrived following the American Civil War. A post office opened in 1871. The community grew until the 1930s, when it was bypassed by railroads.
In 1854, a church and convent were built by Father Peter La Cour near the town's present site. The town began forming in 1878 when Charles Lander Cleveland, a local judge, donated 63.6 acres (257,000 m 2) of land to the Houston East and West Texas Railway (now part of the Union Pacific Railroad) for use as a stop, requesting that the town be named for him.
