www.cuprija.rs Ćuprija ( Serbian Cyrillic : Ћуприја, pronounced [tɕǔprija] ) is a town and municipality located in the Pomoravlje District of central Serbia. The population of the town is 16,522, while the municipality has 25,325 inhabitants (2022 census).
Jagodina opened its zoo on July 10, 2006, at a cost of 30 million Serbian dinars. The city invested 40% and donors provided 60% of the costs while the biggest donor was the Belgrade Zoo. The zoo is located in the complex of the city park "Đurđevo brdo", a designated nature park, with an area of 20,074 square meters.
The interior with naos, three side arms and the altar has a surface area of 3,600 m 2 (38,750 sq ft) on the ground floor, with three galleries of 1,500 m 2 (16,146 sq ft) on the first level, and a 120 m 2 (1,292 sq ft) gallery on the second level. The church can hold 10,000 faithful.
Careva Ćuprija is a small neighborhood, located on the western bank of the Topčiderska reka, on the border of Čukarica and Savski Venac municipalities.
