Lemon is a parser generator, maintained as part of the SQLite project, that generates a look-ahead LR parser (LALR parser) in the programming language C from an input context-free grammar. I suppose that "IDE" either means "the parser generator has its own dedicated IDE" or "the parser generator integrates with one or more IDEs". Certainly this should not be a yes/no column: it should say whether the tool has a dedicated IDE, and if it integrates with an IDE it should specify which IDE.
