Keith Lynn Ackerman SSC (born August 3, 1946) is an American Anglican bishop. Consecrated as a bishop for the Diocese of Quincy in the Episcopal Church, he is currently bishop vicar of the Anglican Diocese of Quincy of the Anglican Church in North America and assisting bishop of the Diocese of Fort Worth. [1] Ackerman lives in Keller, Texas.

On June 12, 2009, Morales was elected bishop of the ACNA Diocese of Quincy in succession to Keith Ackerman. For an election, 22 votes were needed in the clergy order and 33 in the lay order. On the first ballot Morales received 18 clergy votes and 48 lay votes. On the second ballot he received 23 clergy votes and 51 lay votes. [3]

The cathedral seat (home of the diocese) was originally in Quincy, Illinois but was moved to St. Paul's Cathedral in Peoria in 1963. [1] In order to avoid confusion with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Peoria, the diocese retained the name of the location of its original "home" city, Quincy, where its cathedral seat was St. John's. [2]
