Laburnum Avenue is a C-shaped highway in Henrico County and the city of Richmond in the U.S. state of Virginia.The highway extends 14.50 miles (23.34 km) from Virginia State Route 895 (SR 895) near Varina southeast of Richmond to Interstate 195 (I-195) on the North Side of the city of Richmond.
It was developed as neighborhood of middle-to-upper-class, single-family dwellings. Notable buildings include the Laburnum House (1908), Richmond Memorial Hospital (1954–1957), Richmond Memorial Hospital Nursing School (1960–1961), "The Hermitage" (1911), Laburnum Court (1919), Veritas School. The south end of the district is at the intersection of Laburnum Avenue and Hermitage Road, which was formerly marked by the A.P. Hill Monument.
