    That last article, though, gives us a hint: the Fresno-Madera, CA CSA population may simply be the sum of the populations of Fresno County, California and Madera County, California. I can't find anything on WP outside of this one editor's contribution that refer to the Fresno-Madera, CA CSA as either "Metropolitan Fresno" or "Greater Fresno."
