Instead of logging in through the outlook app. I went through the iphone settings for the email to add another account. Instead of choosing outlook, choose microsoft exchange. Type in email and then It will bring you to the go daddy login. Then it will finally move forward after you login on the go daddy page.

It was caused by a saved login for Go Daddy within the Samsung Pass app. Once I deleted that saved login found in the apps menu tree, my problem was solved!!! I'm not sure how or when that login was created because the phone is only 1 week old, but that was the culprit!

After being literally lied to by two different GoDaddy Email Support reps where they told me that. a) I had to update each email at a cost of $200+ per year, or. b) I had to "purchase a new license with Microsoft". GoDaddy even gave me a phone number to contact Microsoft. 1-855-270-0615.
