Little Mix are an English girl group that formed on the eighth series of The X Factor. They are the first group and the only girl group to win the original UK series. [1] The lineup consisted of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and originally Jesy Nelson, before her departure from the group in 2020.

It was produced by Steve Mac , who co-wrote the song with Iain James , Camille Purcell and James Newman .
Little Mix first shared the cover art for "Change Your Life" on Facebook on 12 December 2012. [4] An accompanying lyric video was released on Vevo the following day. [ 5 ] Syco Music released it as the third single from the group's debut album DNA in Ireland on 15 February 2013 and then in the UK two days later as a digital extended play (EP).
It was the last single that Little Mix released as a quartet, before Jesy Nelson left the group in December 2020. The track reached number nineteen on the UK Singles Chart and was certified gold by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). It was later included on the expanded edition of Little Mix's sixth studio album Confetti (2020).
