The People's Football Stadium is a football stadium located in Lyari, a neighbourhood in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The stadium can accommodate 25,000 spectators, [ 1 ] [ 2 ] and has an upgradable seating capacity of 40,000.
In its early years, football in Pakistan was mainly dominated by non-traditional teams instead of private football clubs at the National Football Championship, which was the men's highest level football competition from 1948 to 2003.
Drigh Road Union Football Stadium is a football ground in Shah Faisal Colony in Karachi, Pakistan. [1] Constructed in 1958, it hosts local and domestic matches, including those of Pakistan Premier League and the PPF League. It was named after the nearby Drigh Road, which was later renamed as Shahrah-e-Faisal. [2]

The club was formed in 1996 by Taha Alizai in Karachi. [6] It started its youth academy in 2001. This was followed by the launch of the Karachi Football League and the Schools Championship in 2003 and 2005, respectively. The club initiated its youth summer camp in 2009, and the next year it launched community program, as well as the women division.
