One Loudoun is a census-designated place (CDP) in Loudoun County, Virginia, United States. It is a mixed-use development just south of Virginia State Route 7 , 29 miles (47 km) northwest of Washington, D.C. , and 7 miles (11 km) southeast of Leesburg .
In April 2013, Loudoun County's Board of Supervisors cast a unanimous vote in favor of a rezoning application filed by One Loudoun, allowing the special events venue to be constructed at the site. Middleburg is a town in Loudoun County, Virginia, United States, with a population of 673 as of the 2010 census. It is the southernmost town along Loudoun County's shared border with Fauquier County. Middleburg is known as the "Nation's Horse and Hunt Capital" for its foxhunting, steeplechases, and large estates.
