Covering 564.1 square miles and 22 townships Coshocton County is located in the east-central portion of the state. Coshocton County is bordered by Holmes, Tuscarawas, Guernsey, Muskingum, Licking, and Knox counties in Ohio. The County Seat is Coshocton. Coshocton County is a rich historical area.
The Auditor is responsible for paying the debts and obligations of the County, verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of claims against the County, and overseeing all financial operations of the County.
Our offices are located in the Coshocton County Progress Center. We are on the second floor, accessible via the elevator located just inside the main street entrance.
Coshocton County GIS. The Geographic Information System (GIS) division of our office generates and maintains spatial information which aids in the creation of maps and data analysis to support county offices.
Coshocton County Clerk of Courts. The Clerk of Courts is responsible for issuing and maintaining the records of the Common Pleas Court, Title Office, and the Ohio Supreme Court’s Fifth District Court of Appeals.
