I have also set-up the email address again a few times using manual settings in Account Settings. I've tried different server addresses that used to work fine before such as outlook.office365.com and pop-mail.outlook.com. Also done repair etc. I have been using Outlook Desktop for over 20 years so am very conversant in using it.
Using the Database Troubleshooter tool it indicates that Exchange has problems with the domain server. I haven't really explored that option to this point because it seems unlikely. Windows is trying to do an update now for the past week or so and it keeps failing on me. When I shut the computer down it will install the new updates. When rebooting windows will start to initiate and fail, then revert changes and restart. I'm not sure what update this is, there are 8 updates and it has just came out recently.
Yes software such as YUMI is less expensive but much more problematic in that only certain ISOs can be added and you need to setup each ISO individually with the setup tool. With the Zalman, the only thing you need to do is copy the ISO to the drive.
68. Aug 12, 2011. #1. I am having trouble starting my computer, it crashes during the "starting windows" screen. Cannot re-format/install windows. Cannot startup repair or restore. I burned a cd of memtest86 and used that. Went through 8 passes, found several million errors. Took one memory stick out, and did 5 passes with just one and zero errors.
