This shared continuity became increasingly complex with multiple worlds, including a similar team of all-star superheroes formed in the 1960s named the Justice League of America, debuting in The Brave and the Bold Volume 1 #28.
Blackwing (Charles "Charlie" Bullock) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He was created by Paul Levitz, Joe Staton and Joey Cavalieri. The character was chronologically introduced in Adventure Comics #464 (April 1979), but was unnamed in that comic.
