State Highway 120 (SH 120) is a 7.186-mile-long (11.565 km) state highway in Fremont County, Colorado. SH 120's western terminus is at SH 115 east of Florence , and the eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 50 (US 50) east of Penrose .

The highway crosses the Arkansas River on its way out of the city and continues northward to a junction with U.S Route 50 adjacent to Fremont County Airport. The state portion of the highway ends at U.S. Highway 50 and becomes the county-maintained Phantom Canyon Road (CR 67 in Fremont County), carrying the Gold Belt Byway through Phantom Canyon.

Fremont County, which includes Cañon City, is the home to 15 prisons, including ADX Supermax, the only federal Supermax prison in the United States, located south of Florence, Colorado. U.S. 50 intersects State Highway 67, State Highway 115 and State Highway 120 in Fremont County before crossing into Pueblo County.
