Unlocking a Moto X or Moto G – smartphones by Motorola – from their carrier (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.) requires you to contact the carrier’s customer service and request your phone be unlocked. This sounds simple (and it actually is), but your phone must meet the eligibility requirements to be unlocked. An eligible Moto must:

Archived from groups: alt.cellular.verizon (More info?) Is there any way to figure out how many minutes I used? When I look it up on the verizon wireless webpage I can see peak minutes but that includes other things like mobile-to-mobile calls which don't count.
I talked to customer service at straight talk. They told me that if the verizon phone has a sim card slot (for LTE) it cannot be used with them. Only verizon phones lacking the sim card slot for LTE can be ported to them. They can port GSM phones with no problem.

I took my Extensa to Sauter Infomax Acer representative here in Costa Rica for the many problems I have with it. They validated my 1 year warranty and try to fix it up. They replaced the keyboard, the power bottom, the screen light cable, a RAM chip, but all the fixups weren't enough and the notebook is becoming even worse in time.
