Good Shepherd Anglican Church, Tunapuna is an active Anglican church located at the corner of Freeling and Morton Street, Tunapuna. [1] It is part of the Anglican Diocese of Trinidad ad Tobago . It is one of the oldest Anglican churches in Trinidad and Tobago having been built and consecrated in 1886. [ 2 ]

It is located west of Arima, east of Tunapuna and Tacarigua, south of Lopinot, and north of Piarco. It is governed by the Tunapuna–Piarco Regional Corporation. Arouca may be a corruption of Arauca, an Amerindian tribe. During most of the Spanish rule, Arouca (then called San Agustín de Arouca) was a settlement reserved for Amerindians.
