ctcLink is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool that gives students, faculty, and staff anytime, anywhere access to their college business. Log in to ctcLink. New students should activate their ctcLink account when invited to do so via email.
ctcLink is our WA state colleges centralized system providing students and employees with online services for conducting college business on mobile devices, laptops, or computers. Services include student registration, financial aid, tracking academic progress, updating personal information, employee records, payroll, work processes and more.
On February 22, 2021, Seattle Colleges (Central, North, and South) will move to a new system for student registration and self-service called ctcLink. ctcLink will provide a set of mobile-friendly tools for you to manage your college business online.
You'll use your MySeattleColleges Account credentials to log into most Seattle Colleges computing resources, from both on and off campus. To begin using your MySeattleColleges Login Account (Your ctcLink account needs to be activated first. See ctcLink information for activation steps.)

It is a PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning system that integrates data across Seattle Colleges and the state's community and technical college system. As of May 2022, ctcLink is in use at all 34 of Washington's public community and technical colleges (along with the SBCTC agency).
Watch this video for instructions on how to get your new ctcLink ID number. New Students: Your ctcLink ID number is included in the welcome email you receive from Seattle Colleges. Click here to access the ctcLink login portal. Click on ‘First Time User?’ at the bottom of the login portal.
