"Joy Bangla, Banglar Joy" is a patriotic and awakening song. Gazi Mazharul Anwar wrote this song in March 1970. [1] He composed the song by rhythmicizing the deprivation and misery and dreams and aspirations of seven and a half million Bengalis at that time.
