Sep 2, 2003. #7. dmhines said: OK - so if I have Mobile to Mobile - these numbers would show as an (H) instead of (F). I notice that if I get a call from a T-Mobile phone it shows as an (F) - but if I get a call from another Cell Provider it shows as just a regular call ... They are classified as (F) regardless of if you have mobile2mobile or not.

Dec 20, 2008. #5. yup... *67 doesn't always block your number...it depends on where you call...if you call another cellphone or a residential phone, it'll block your number...but if you call any businesses that deal with sensitive info or emergency, then chances are your number won't be blocked...your name maybe blocked, but not your number...

  5. Can I get a toll free (800) number attached to my TMobile phone...

    www.howardforums.com/threads/can-i-get-a-toll-free-800-number-attached-to-my-t...

The per minute charge that I pay to receive calls is around $0.05. I only give this number to family, clients, etc. as you pay this on top of your airtime minutes which you are billed for by T-Mo. Note that when you select a toll free number, you are better off choosing a not previously used 877, 866 or 888 number as opposed to an 800 number.

  7. Better to go with an authorized dealer or corporate T-Mobile...

    www.howardforums.com/threads/better-to-go-with-an-authorized-dealer-or...

I am an authorized T-Mobile dealer. If you are planning on keeping your mobile number and just upgrading your phone, go with a corporate store, since they will be able to give you more of a discount on the equipment price. But, if you are planning on opening a new account, ALWAYS go with an authorized t-mobile dealer.

  9. T-mobile cell number prefixes - Howard Forums

    www.howardforums.com/threads/t-mobile-cell-number-prefixes.1445010

In my area, they usually are 720-217-xxxx, 720-212-xxxx (my prefix personally), 720-936-xxxx, 720-933-xxxx, and the only T-Mobile exclusive (in the sense that they are the only ones assigning them) 303 prefix I've seen here is 303-523-xxxx; it's really hard to get a 303 number with T-Mobile around here, unfortunately.

  10. Cheapest way to get a phone number for porting in

    www.howardforums.com/threads/cheapest-way-to-get-a-phone-number-for-porting-in...

I don't see any way to enter a number to call directly. Again, when I set up my Moto E to be a Wifi-only 2nd handset (using Freedompop for data service outside of my Wifi area), I removed the shortcut to the phone's dialer since it was useless without cellular phone service and replaced it with a shortcut to hangouts dialer.

  11. Porting number out of Safelink to another carrier?

    www.howardforums.com/threads/porting-number-out-of-safelink-to-another-carrier...

I ported to T-Mobile and it was very quick about 5-15min. To port your safelink number to another carrier you need the account number and pin. I can confirm this is the correct information. Once your number is ported it would take about 24hrs deactivate your account from safelink. Account number is the serial number (IMEI) of the phone
