New York State Route 747 (NY 747) is a state highway in northeast Orange County, New York, in the United States. The route extends for about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) from NY 207 in the town of New Windsor to NY 17K in the town of Montgomery .

Salisbury Mills (/ s ɔː l z ˈ b ə r i / SAWLZ-bər-ee) is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the towns of Blooming Grove and Cornwall in Orange County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, it had a population of 580. [3] The CDP is in eastern Orange County and is bordered to the north by Beaver Dam Lake.
The Boeing 747 was the first "jumbo jet". It was a prestige aircraft in the 1970s and purchased by many airlines as a fleet flagship. [5] Olympic Airways received its first 747 in 1973. [6] Olympic Airways was the flag carrier for Greece and had purchased 747s for some of its prime routes, including a nonstop between Athens and New York. [3]
