In fact the characters seen on the picture belongs to a weekly sketch done on the popular japanese comedy show mechaike (Mecha-Mecha Iketeru!). whether these are the real actors or not I don't know, but nevertheless this was a parody where the actors dressed as bosozoku and played a game they called Bakusou kazutori-dan.
