Sonalleve MR-HIFU is a medical system developed by Philips Healthcare for the treatment of uterine fibroids without surgery. The system uses non-invasive high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) guided by magnetic resonance (MR), hence the acronym MR-HIFU.
