In 2000, she moved to Denver, Colorado, where she became head chef at the Panzano restaurant within Hotel Monaco. She stayed for five years, until together with Beth Gruitch, she opened her own restaurant, Rioja, within the same city. [1] She opened several other restaurants in Denver including Euclid Hall, Bistro Vendome and Stoic & Genuine.
The restaurant has been gone for many years. After operating for many years as an office building, in 2006, the Security Life Building underwent a major conversion to residential use. 1600 Glenarm Place is in the heart of Downtown Denver.
