English: W33, W48 and W79 nuclear artillery shells (AFAPs) on display at the Nuclear Weapons Instructional Museum. The W33 and W79 are 8" (203mm) calibre while the W48 is 155mm calibre. All three shells were stockpiled by the United States and were part of Nato nuclear weapon sharing during the Cold War.
