Immokalee (/ ɪ ˈ m ɒ k (ə) l i / ih-MOK-(ə)-lee) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Collier County, Florida, United States. The population was 24,557 at the 2020 census, up from 24,154 at the 2010 census.

The Immokalee Pioneer Museum, located at Roberts Ranch, is a 15-acre (61,000 m 2) open-air museum that includes 19 preserved buildings of the original ranch. The Ranch is operated as one of the 5 Collier County Museums.
County Road 846 (CR 846) is a 54-mile-long (87 km) county road in northern Collier County and western Hendry County in Southwest Florida. It primarily connects the Naples area with the agricultural area of Immokalee. A vast majority of the road in Collier County is named Immokalee Road and it is a major commuter route.
