Sleeping at Last is a musical project led by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ryan O'Neal (Born July 17, 1983). The project initially began in Wheaton, Illinois, as a three-piece band with Ryan O'Neal as the lead singer and guitarist, his brother Chad O'Neal (Born December 6, 1976) as the drummer, and Dan Perdue (Born August 28, 1981) as the bassist.
They have subsequently also performed on Last Call with Carson Daly, [13] and on French TV channel Canal Plus. [14] Their song "Atlas" is featured on the soundtrack of 2010 film The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The song was re-recorded in Austin, Texas especially for the film and was documented in Episode III of their web series, Under the Reservoir.
For music site Consequence of Sound, Caitlin Meyer said that the Twilight soundtracks had "become a holiday in themselves", but said "Sadly, Breaking Dawn, Pt. 1 fails to follow suit, as it ultimately underwhelms, indulging too much in the melodramatic."
