Andrew Wilson was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a left back for Sunderland [1] and Partick Thistle. [2] [a]He spent seven full seasons at Partick after joining the club in 1897, [4] winning the 1899–1900 Scottish Division Two title (the team was relegated, but gained promotion again in 1902) and forming a defensive partnership with Robert Campbell for much of that time.

Hugh Wilson (c. 1934 – 2 September 1992) was a Scottish football manager, who worked for Alloa Athletic and Cowdenbeath. Wilson worked as chief scout for Alloa Athletic for 10 years until he was appointed manager in October 1974. [1] He guided Alloa to promotion in 1976–77, but the club was relegated in 1977–78.
