Jackie would make his last film appearance at the beginning of an MGM film in Hearts of the West (1975); he was later seen in part of the rollercoaster filmstrip animation sequence in the 1993 MGM/UA Home Video logo, where he only roars once with Tanner's roar. In addition to the MGM logo, Jackie appeared in roughly a dozen films for the studio.
