Highly recommend you check out RGB Sequences they have 4 for free, including the insanely popular Blinding Lights (tip: it looks great on a megatree). If you hunt around, there are 10-15 really decent free ones to get you started and 100's of others that use whole house effects a lot. If you want better, they range from USD25 through to USD140 ...

My name is Pierre. I am not new to XLights but new to this forum. I am looking for the sequence of Angels We Have Heard on High by the Piano Guys. I am a pianist and I love this song. I was able to find and purchase the sequence for my mega tree. I have seen a bunch of sequences on YouTube of this song. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount ...
Not free but great quality and worth the money in my opinion. Most are meant for 12x50 or 16x50 trees so resizing to fit your tree might be some work. I havent figured out how to resize to fit a larger tree.. Maybe someone else has a solution for that. If you just want images on the tree you can use the picture effect in xLights.
I had a mega tree With 16 strands of 60 lights. A hungry family of mice last year made me replace my lights. So in an effort to go bigger I made them 16 strands of 100 lights. Unfortunately when I updated the XLights software, the previous sequences and effects do not play well on it.
By animated sequences I mean like cartoon sequences with a music track (i.e. like a grinch or Charlie Brown sequence for example). My question is how do you position the purchased sequence on the tree in the correct place. For example assume a 360 degree tree with 48 strips. The starting pixel is the bottom left pixel which is the back of the tree.
woo hoo, awesome. Like Skymaster, I make a sequence to run between shows that has mostly static lights with a little motion since that is what we use them for.
Reviewed them. They do import like regular sequences, but there is a bit of trickery in there that makes them a bit tougher to use than some... the matrix tree has eyes that are images so they roll, the other tree is controlled by segment and has an eyebrow submodel so it can raise it, etc.
