Elliot Abrams (born May 31, 1947) is a meteorologist and native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Abrams has been an employee of AccuWeather since 1967 and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with both a bachelor's (in 1969) and a master's (in 1971) degree in meteorology, where he was also a member of the Pi Lambda Phi fraternity.
