Infiniti G35 sedan Infiniti G35 coupe. The third generation G (V35) was unveiled in June 2001 and released to North America for the 2003 model year, as the G35 on March 12, 2002. It had little in common with the Infiniti G20, shifting from the FWD Primera platform to the RWD Skyline platform.
The FX used the same components as the G35 sport coupe and was designed for American tastes. It combined good handling and performance with station wagon-like versatility and all-weather capability.
